HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1:
After selecting your chosen ISO Certificates and making your preferred payment method, you will be emailed a questionnaire to complete that will ask for information and input related to your business activities. Once you have completed and returned the questionnaire, our documentation department will use this information to start population of your new ISO system.
STEP 2:
During this time one of our experienced ISO managers may contact you to better understand specific areas of your business, for example names of key personal, products or services that you provide or to clarify details that will make up your system. We will ensure that all required material is gathered to complete all the necessary framework of your new ISO documentation system.
STEP 3:
Once satisfied that all areas of your new documentation system meets with ISO industry guidelines, your cloud documentation system then undergoes a 37 point assessment before finally being passed for its pre-audit check.
STEP 4:
After the pre-audit check, your ISO cloud documentation system Login details are sent to one of several independent, UK accredited certification bodies for an official ISO audit. Upon completion of a successful audit, you will then be emailed your certificates along with approved ISO logos, and registration numbers to verify authenticity.
STEP 5:
Certificates issued are 100% genuine and hold a unique identification number, meaning you can be sure your certificates have been awarded by credible third party assessment bodies.
STEP 6:
At 12 months for first annual surveillance an Auditor will review the SCAISO members system and upon successful completion will prepare the new years certificate(s) & renewal invoice.
